Originally founded in 1966 by Jerry Fridrich and Hale Hooper, Fridrich and Clark Realty possesses a distinct LOCAL Flavor, as both the past and present principals are native Nashvillians and graduates of Vanderbilt University. In 1979, Jerry's son, Steve Fridrich, then a college student, launched his real estate career, and in 1982, he became a full partner in the firm. In 1987, Whit Clark came aboard with ten years of realty experience with Morrissey-Clark Realtors, and the transition of one generation to another was complete.
Since the founding of Fridrich and Clark Realty, we have grown from a one-office, six agent firm to an over 150 agent firm with a very powerful impact on the Middle Tennessee real estate market.
